  • Fantastic show!

I had such a great time talking with Cody on It’s HERTIME. She has a way of making "hormone talk" feel like a chat with a friend who actually has the answers. It was so refreshing to talk openly about how to reclaim your energy and feel balanced again without all the clinical jargon. If you’re navigating this stage of life and want to feel more like yourself, Cody’s show is a fantastic resource. Thanks for having me, Cody!

  • Interesting but lacking perspective

I appreciate the content and message. As a woman of color, I feel like some of the conversations don’t speak to the experiences of marginalized folks. The energy healing/nervous system episode in particular was uncomfortable. I would recommend reflecting on how these conversations could be more inclusive. Even acknowledging “we realize folks with multiple marginalized identities may experience this differently…” or, “in some cultures, being a healer is revered…”, etc., would make a difference.
