  • Wonderful resource

Thank you so much for this wonderful resource. Season 1 especially is a master class in intuitive eating and I have been recommending it to my clients. One sound/sensory related point of feedback - sometimes Erin’s nervous laughter, esp when talking about a serious topic, is very distracting. I do this too, so I get it, but am sharing in the hope that it is taken as constructive listener feedback. Thank you!

I just finished a course for 7 month called freedom session. I am so grateful for your podcast because it was revealed that food and diet culture was an idol. Your podcast was recommended to me from someone in the class. It fits perfectly with what we learned about God. I am so happy to have the chance to refocus my mind body and spirit back to where it should be. So thank you for being faithful.
