  • So helpful!

I went back and listened to all the old episodes and I always look forward to the new ones. I love how they help me focus more on my heart instead of my body issues. I feel like they are on this journey with me. I’m 59 and it’s hard to undue all the diet culture training but I thank these girls for their help. God bless you both!

  • Freedom at last!

It took losing a lot of weight, regaining a lot of weight and realizing I had an eating disorder to get my attention. I quit the diet club and the shame filled plan to try to lose weight all over again with more disordered behavior. It was very painful to feel so helpless with binging and weight gain but at last I am finding hope and healing. God has blessed me thro... more

  • Best Christian Podcast

I have struggled while disordered eating for 6 years, going on and off from diets and thinking I was intuitive eating only to realize that my mind has been driven by diet culture. I became a Christian 3 years ago and I have never been able to find a podcast on food that aligned with the Bible. UNTIL I found this podcast! I really believe God has lead me these videos and is using it to change my heart towards food and my body. I am so thankful.

  • They get it

This podcast is SO helpful in identifying those underlying thoughts on what to eat and what’s “okay”, and offering practical, biblical encouragement on how to eat freely in partnership with God. So grateful that this exists!
