This podcast was the first place I felt truly heard and seen when it came to my issues around body image and diet culture. Heather has an amazing way of speaking exactly what I had been thinking, but could never put into words. What a blessing she is and praise God for her willingness to face these tough issues in this image focused world! Thank you Heather!

  • Challenging Yet Encouraging!

Heather is so good about calling out the deep issues of the heart and foregoing the fluffy things we, especially as women, hide behind. I’ve been so challenged by the messages she shares, and her grounding on Scripture makes it that much more impactful. She takes a grace-filled approach on body image and food, that’s encouraging and freeing. Grateful for these topical podcasts - she’s answering questions we’ve all been asking!
