  • So many helpful ideas

    I'm slowly learning to apprectiate the body God gave me...just as it is. "Compared to Who?" helps me keep things in perspective and love my body, even as I'm learning to make better choices about what I eat and how I make my body stronger. Heather has a heart for women and it shines through in her podcast!
