I keep recommending Martin’s podcast to everyone and realized that I need to write a review! It is incredibly valuable to me. Hearing guests talk openly about the experience and offer insights that go beyond surface-level advice made me feel seen and less alone. However it’s the acceptance of Martin’s approach that sets it apart. He encourages CBT-I therapy but emphasizes that you need to tailor it for yourself. Martin’s Podcast gives you the realisation that none of us are suffering alone when we are experiencing high levels of sleep related anxiety.
