  • dedicated to eradicating insomnia

podcast is dedicated to eradicating, insomnia, and I like this new interview talking about kind of building a foundation like he might build a house, but Martin points out. Yeah, there could be an earthquake…yes....for me trauma violated at a doctors office in New York City, and instead of apology more crimes, more piece of power, etc.

  • Life Changing

Martín is not only extremely knowledgeable and likeable, but he comes across as a sincerely good person. This podcast helped me to end a decade long insomnia problem. As the director of a trauma-informed counselling clinic in Canada, it was humbling to encounter a whole new approach to sleep and anxiety this far into my career. Thank you.

  • Simple, easy to understand CBT-I concepts

I came upon Martin when I was desperately looking for any resource on insomnia after having several days of 2-4 hours fragmented sleep. I watched one of his videos and I was hooked. Martin is very good in simplifying concepts of CBT-I. Although I just started a few days ago, small positive changes have happened by following his advise. Thank you Martin
