    I keep recommending Martin’s podcast to everyone and realized that I need to write a review! It is incredibly valuable to me. Hearing guests talk openly about the experience and offer insights that go beyond surface-level advice made me feel seen and less alone. However it’s the acceptance of Martin’s approach that sets it apart. He encourages CBT-I therapy but emphasizes that you need to tailor it for yourself.
