  • Much needed info in the gap of perimenopause!

The information Michelle shares is so helpful. In the confusing times of perimenopause it’s refreshing to hear someone shed some light on it with relevant weekly topics. I do rate it four stars though since it can feel overly scripted instead of conversational. You can tell her partner Tabitha is more comfortable and experienced in the podcast world. Hoping with more time and experience the rigidity will soften up and will connect more with the audience.
