I found the Inner Integration podcast during a painful breakup in 2021, at a time when I was trying to stay upright and make sense of myself with very little support. The show focuses on healing from trauma through embodied wholeness, with a psycho-spiritual lens that links personal wounds to broader cultural and societal dynamics. Episodes center on topics like scarcity, ancestral trauma, emotional regulation, authentic living, and reclaiming presence in a noisy world. Notable strengths include a practical, journaling-driven approach to inner work, a clear emphasis on self-responsibility and grace, and a consistent thread of turning pain into compassionate action and community healing.
