  • This helped.

I found the Inner Integration podcast during a painful breakup in 2021, at a time when I was trying to stay upright and make sense of myself with very little support. The way Meredith spoke helped steady me when my nervous system was shot and my thoughts were spiraling, and it quietly emboldened me to keep going when I didn’t feel very strong. When the podcast went quiet for a few years, I felt the absence, and hearing it return after she wrote her book felt earned and real. What I appreciate mo... more

  • Helpful and also not helpful

I watched a video regarding stockholm syndrome and the tatic given to break free from it by ending all communication doesnt help someone like myself who is bound with children and homeownership. I found the information to be helpful in learning more about it and that its not just in my head. I just wish there was more help and information on how to go about breaking this bond and cycle when you have to have communication with that person due to children or finances.

The points about larger scale abuse are mostly political dog whistles while sh... more
