  • Great podcast for moms and birth professionals 💯

This podcast has been such a grounding and empowering listen for me. What sets it apart is the incredible lineup of guests: from top tier birth experts and inspiring mothers who share their raw, and honest birth stories. Dr. Berlin brings it all together with empathy, curiosity, and genuine commitment to informed choice.

  • Doctor - of Chiropractic??? Beware yall!

This “doctor” is not a medical professional- he is a chiropractor. If you want to learn pseudoscience, plus hear extremely biased opinions presented as fact, plus a ton of rambling and frankly bad interviews, this podcast is for you

  • Binge Listening!

I found Dr. Berlin & his podcast through Hilary Duff and her birth story, but I have been listening almost non-stop since! Dr. Berlin has such a peaceful demeanor, seems very humble and is so enjoyable to listen to! His guests are so interesting! Overall GREAT podcast and so informative!

  • Stop advertising formula!

Really like the podcast and have followed it for many years and was disgusted to hear the advertisement of formula on the podcast, families are struggling to buy formula for their babies and the nasty side of the billion € formal industry keeps driving prices up. I have reported this in ireland as we have rules against promoting formula.

Ep. 509 Therapeutic Movement for Pain and Pregnancy with Jessica Jennings
Q: How can listeners apply these ideas if they don't have time for full classes?
Listeners can use very short, achievable practices such as a few minutes of mindful breath, gentle postures, or a quick five-minute routine that aligns the spine and stabilizes joints, which can be done at home or during daily activities to maintain progress.
Ep. 509 Therapeutic Movement for Pain and Pregnancy with Jessica Jennings
Q: What does the term therapeutic yoga mean in this context?
Therapeutic yoga means using yoga to support healing by addressing physical patterns, and by making shifts across embodiment—physically, mentally, and spiritually—to facilitate better movement, pain relief, and readiness for birth.
Ep. 508 Oral Health During Pregnancy with Dr. Bernard Baseri
Q: What should someone do if they are planning to become pregnant in terms of oral health?
They should start with a comprehensive oral evaluation to check gums, teeth, and any pre-existing conditions, use digital X-rays helped by AI to detect issues, and ideally have dental cleanings before conceiving. If already pregnant, maintaining brushing and flossing, keeping bacterial load low, and avoiding elective cosmetic procedures is advised.
Ep. 507 Connecting Deeply with Kelly Meehan
Q: What was different about your second birth?
The second birth was markedly calmer and more supported, with experienced midwives, a more intentional preparation, and a vibrant, present connection with the baby and family.
Ep. 507 Connecting Deeply with Kelly Meehan
Q: How did you come to do the work you do now?
A combination of healing from her own birthing experiences, studying psychology with a somatic focus, and embracing Spirit Baby concepts led her to blend traditional birth work with energy and soul-level connection.
