  • We are a nation of Settlers, not immigrants. Green Cards in our township schools, our tax dollars.

Someone needs to wake up there and take out the illegals. Regardless of green cards. They are ruining our schools and taking from our tax dollars. Green Cards over Americans. We are being taken over. Take the green card workers out of the schools? Save American workers.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

SD 38 Hearing - Samantha Dewester
Q: Why is service and notice important in this case?
Service ensures due process; without proper notice, parties cannot respond, which could affect decisions from the Election Commission and broader trial rules.
SD 38 Hearing - Samantha Dewester
Q: Can you explain AMS and how it affects someone who already has an expunged record?
AMS allows certain crimes to be pled as a misdemeanor upfront or later in some cases; if there is no prior criminal history, a felony tag can be avoided, which changes eligibility for running for office.
SD 38 Hearing - Samantha Dewester
Q: What happened today for your side and the defendant's position on the ballot issue?
The attorney argues there was no felony by the defendant and that the ruling hinges on misreadings of the AMS statute, with emphasis on expungement and the actual charges pled.
SD 38 Hearing - Jim Bopp
Q: What should regular voters take away from this hearing?
The takeaway should be focusing on the issues and candidates rather than resorting to perceived dirty tricks, with an emphasis on fair and informed voter decisions.
SD 38 Hearing - Jim Bopp
Q: What does this episode tell us about the election cycle and district politics?
The guest reflected on the unusual and sometimes bizarre nature of the cycle, including districting fights and primary challenges, suggesting it's a period of intense political activity and scrutiny.
