Thought provoking and open-minded
Laci Green takes on the topics that really need discussing from a rational perspective that seems to be open to different points of view. Her interview with Yasmine Mohammad shone a light on Laci's own background too and provided a much more revealing discussion than other interviews with Yasmine elsewhere. This wasn't just bringing on a guest to go over the normal talking points, but a genuinely personal discussion about the life journeys of both of these fascinating women.
I have seen her change over time and she is open too views from all sides. She never talks down to her audience. I often feel like I agree a lot with her even if I have disagreed in the past.
Been following her since her early days on YouTube! Listening to her always teaches me something new.
Listen, I’m funny about my podcasts. But this one is AMAZING! It has a slightly sporadic posting schedule but it’s informative and fun and I look forward to it because it makes me happy. 10/10 would recommend.
I was never the biggest fan of her YouTube channel, but I love her podcast. I’ve been listening to all the old episodes at work until I catch up. She chooses such interesting topics and guests for each one!
Insightful, fun, thought provoking, critical to my podcast recommendations for everyone I know!
I’m a long time fan of her content. But these podcasts are 30 min long tops. She only very briefly summarizes a tiny aspect of each topic. There are tons of other podcasts like this that do a way better job covering interesting topics
Laci Green turns to podcasting to reduce her audience and avoid the crazies over on Leftist Youtube. It’s a genius tactic, and I wish I could give this pod 5 stars, but it’s just unlistenable. Her voice is already kind of grating, but her “podcast voice?” Bro. Just avoid.
I love this podcast!! Laci is open-minded and has a great perspective on these issues.
So engaging and thoughtful - I love listening to Laci’s nuanced conversations with a range of other interesting people :)
Indirect Message is one of the best podcasts I’ve listened to. Every episode is stimulating, engaging, and sparks some interesting and relevant discourse on internet culture and the consequences of social media. So pleased that Laci continues to share her thoughts on the internet, and she is absolutely killing it in this new format. So totally worth every minute I’ve spent listening.
I love her I use to watching you back in day on YouTube talking about sex really great podcast now
Was an avid fan of your YouTube content, didn't follow you on other social media, so I lost track of you. You popped up on a random podcast search, now I am trying to get caught up. Great topics with the usual personal insights. Carry on!
Nowadays, the internet is full of bubbles. Bubbles we rarely stray from, and these bubbles have become self-regulating echo-chambers. Laci was run off YouTube and Twitter for daring to suggest that we should talk to each other. To try and understand different perspectives. And that we might be able to tolerate difference, using persuasion rather than aggression to change others’ outlooks.
So I’m SO glad she’s found the last bastion of kindness on the internet (the podcast!) to try once more to... more
