Yesss. This change up is what I want from AMT- a deep dive into the recipes! Let’s get nitty gritty, tell me some fun stories, what recipes you’re highlighting atm, and get me inspired to get in the kitchen and play with a new arsenal of tips and tricks.
I have listened to the first three episodes and I am audio only, so I have no point of reference for the YouTube production questions , but the sound is ridiculously low. THEN THE ADS PLAY!!!! DAMN. Then the sound is stupid quiet again. Please, I hope this is fixed before the end of the season. I love ATK and I continue listening with the hope that the sound quality improves.
Excellent interview podcast that lets ATK breath a little and get away frkm the stove. I would love if Lan joined Dan as the permanent cohost, but that’s just my opinion!
