  • Great compacted reports-but the reporting is definitely not "unbiased"

Coming from someone who is open-minded and relatively middle of the road, I laugh when the "unbiased" word is thrown in during the intro. I love the straight-on reporting, and the different viewpoints. Those are what we need to hear, from the various sources, to help us choose our own sources for more info, and to be aware of various spins. The newsreaders, however, cannot help themselves from showing their liberal sides. It's frustrating to want to hear all sides, and to listen to various view... more

  • Good but needs improvement

I like the idea of this podcast but the execution needs a bit of work. I find the banter annoying and I don’t understand the repetition when a mistake is made. Please remove the banter. And if a word is fumbled, just correct the word instead of repeating the entire sentence until it’s correct. It sounds odd.

  • Good concept poorly executed

Pulling from new sources from both the left and right is a good idea and helpful to take in. However, the announcers seem really poorly informed, and often mispronounce the names of well known leaders and places. Their attempts at humor are weak at best. The inclusion of baseless predictions paraded out as somehow having a statistical backing is absurd. Not sure if that is supposed to be serious or funny, but it is neither. This could be a great new source if they ditched the attempts at humor a... more

  • This news source is why I follow the news.

I love that the bias in the news is acknowledged and the stories are widespread. The occasional commentary in this podcast is entertaining and engaging. With AI pulling from 5,000 articles, I finally feel like I can listen to the news with the most objectivity currently possible.

  • Needs Refinement

Good concept and selection of stories. Would be better if they got rid of the stupid banter and worthless Metaculus predictions. Would rather hear poll results if they insist on giving quantitative information to backup the stories but could just get rid of that altogether. Also, we don’t need or care to hear about the “pro-China” or “pro-Russia” or “pro-Iran” narratives. Maybe “internationalist” vs. “isolationist” narratives? Thanks for the consideration.
