    Dr. Carla is such a warm and inviting host who tackles tough topics with care and compassion. She asks thoughtful questions and helps show the ways in which we can extend grace to ourselves when we may otherwise be tempted to criticize our imperfections. Her podcast is a lovely companion overall, but especially in moments when you’re in need of a pick-me-up or self-reflection.
