Paula’s energy and positivity really helps me feel confident and I love her insights on life with ADHD!
Found her through another podcast/group and am now loving her podcast collection. Thanks 0-
How have I not left a review?! I worked with Paula as a coach to finish my PhD dissertation and honestly it was the best money I’ve spent! Her podcast is a lifeline in my week to week. I’m postpartum so I haven’t been able to take medication for over a year now after IVF treatments, pregnancy, and now breastfeeding so her podcast have been like therapy for me. I’m planning to join her coaching group once I’m done breast feeding as a reward bc I think she is that knowledgeable and wonderful!
I have spent years pouring through the list of ADHD books at the library, book stores and online, but it was as if none of these writers knew a thing about ADHD. ADHD does not have the patience for babble and fluff. I need bite sized bits with actions I can take to make my life more productive and enjoyable. I found “I’m Busy Being Awesome” and this podcast is exactly what I had been seeking. I listened in somewhere around episode 200, and I quickly realized that I needed to start at episode 1. ... more
I found this podcast in June and it’s been my favorite ever since. Paula is relatable and has a warm and friendly style. The podcast episodes are well organized and easy to follow. The first half of each episode helps you feel seen and heard and the second half has practical, well thought out, action oriented strategies to try. She includes examples and details that make the topics interesting and understandable. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love this podcast! Paula has a warm, approachable way of explaining ADHD while giving clear, realistic strategies you can put into practice right away. Every episode leaves me with something useful and encouraging. A must-listen for anyone looking for practical ADHD support.
