I recently added this to the other 3 people I follow to work with my ADHD, and she has become my favorite. Short enough to keep my attention, and still very helpful. Love the realistic ideas and the flexibility.
Always finish an episode with great usable strategies in my pocket. Paula’s background as an academic really makes this podcast shine. It’s evident she does the research and takes her time to creates episodes with a specific focus.
