  • MUST LISTEN FOR ADHD ADD

How have I not left a review?! I worked with Paula as a coach to finish my PhD dissertation and honestly it was the best money I’ve spent! Her podcast is a lifeline in my week to week. I’m postpartum so I haven’t been able to take medication for over a year now after IVF treatments, pregnancy, and now breastfeeding so her podcast have been like therapy for me. I’m planning to join her coaching group once I’m done breast feeding as a reward bc I think she is that knowledgeable and wonderful!

ADHD does not have the patience for babble and fluff. I need bite sized bits with actions I can take to make my life more productive and enjoyable. I found “I’m Busy Being Awesome” and this podcast is exactly what I had been seeking. I listened in somewhere around episode 200, and I quickly realized that I needed to start at episode 1. ... more
