  • Really inspiring

    Love Paula’s approach to dealing with ADHD. Her approach is really kind and really creative. She offers insights and suggestions that are not only well thought through but also very attainable. This podcast won’t leave you with the suggestion to ‘make a todolist and stick to it’. She offers real suggestions on how to gently self-manage the real ADHDbrain.

    I rarely feel moved to review pretty much anything, but Paula's podcast 'I'm busy being awesome ', is worth sharing .

    As someone diagnosed with ADHD at 55 , I find the topics explored very relatable , and supportive of change .

    I often revisit a few favourite episodes to further improve my life in big and small ways .

  • Really incredible advice - a must listen to

    I absolutely love this podcast. I can already “see” clearer simply by incorporating Paula’s suggestions. I feel more empowered and less critical of myself, which is huge. Her less than 30 minute episodes makes it easy to take in. If you’re struggling, this is a must listen to!!!!
