Appreciate the music and community.
Love the show, and now I can listen even when I didn’t catch it live
Jay Smooth’s radio show aired live at a time I couldn’t tune in very often, but now it comes to me! I’m so excited. Always insightful and inclusive, and spinning the music my soul needs. I’m so glad to have this podcast to look forward to, in a time where there just ain’t that much life-giving left in our media.
I’m not one to write reviews but had to say Jay is one of the most thoughtful, compassionate, and insightful voices we have in politics, music, and pop culture today. He’s mastered the ability of using humor to distill complex topics into an accessible yet nuanced conversation. A must for your listening pleasure.
I’ve returned to Ill Doctrine so many times in my life and found exactly what I needed and often what I didn’t know I needed. Confirmation, challenge, perspective and a sense of living loving community. Yay, Jay!
