Usually I shy away from airy fairy podcasts however Lauren’s grounded and articulate approach to the importance of understanding ourselves fully, and separating the beliefs society has taught us vs our authentic self is amazing.
There is so much we do, not because want to, but feel that we ought to because of how we were raised, and a podcast explaining how to break free from those mental chains is invaluable and well worth a listen. Five stars all the way.
So insightful and inspiring, more episodes please!
The vulnerability and joy in Lauren’s work are such a breath of fresh air in a cynical podcasting space.
Honestly look forward to this show every week! Lauren is so insightful and you will DEFINITELY leave each episode knowing a bit more about yourself ❤️
