洪𣿰正曾是家喻戶曉的籃球國手，他克服身高上的限制，在長人如林的籃壇中發光發熱，五度入選瓊斯盃明星球員，還是第一位從台灣到美國打NCAA的籃球員，他也在球場上比賽的輸贏中，體認人生總會經歷高山低谷，領悟出「忘記背後，努力面前」，再接再厲的精神。
洪𣿰正後來從球員轉教練，繼續協助培訓籃球選手。儘管已經退休多年，他仍然對於籃球推廣有著極大使命，每年都會特地安排時間回台灣指導培訓教練，並帶領喜歡打籃球的孩子們練球，希望透過籃球運動傳揚福音。

NGU俱樂部節目當初會推出，是起源自黎源悅心中的一個感動，她特別希望幫助年輕的職場朋友找到永不放棄的動力，而源悅和她的兒子以磏其實就是「永不放棄」最好的例子。
以磏自小被診斷出患有罕見的神經纖維瘤，背部神經受到嚴重壓迫，有好幾次一度危及生命，但都奇蹟般地存活下來，他從不因疾病而抱怨，反而開朗樂觀面對人生，甚至透過公開演說來鼓勵眾人；身為母親的源悅也被以磏所激勵，儘管平日要處理兩個協會諸多社會關懷的事務，卻仍能兼顧家庭與工作的平衡。源悅母子共同勇敢直面疾病挑戰，永不放棄用喜樂與禱告，把握每一個珍... more
聖誕節是充滿奇蹟與祝福的節日，長年贊助NGU俱樂部節目播出的盟立集團，每年12月的「天使來發光」愛心聖誕禮物活動，也已經一路堅持了六年，希望透過每一份由公司員工認購送給弱勢家庭孩童的禮物，表達對於這些家庭的關懷與愛心。
大力支持這個活動的孫弘總裁也發現，許多志願投入的員工自己也得著無比的快樂，雖然過程有很多的細節，從確認禮物到進行採買，再到完成包裝，需要花費很多的時間，但他們卻樂此不疲，甘之如飴，在助人的過程中也感受到「施比受更有福」這句話的真諦。
