The hosts provide great info, but the Dr. interrupts the co-host a lot, and there’s an excessive amount of irrelevant off topic convos that I find to be quite annoying. Staying on topic would be appreciated - respect your viewers time!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for awhile and I really appreciate the information and the approach to gut health and SIBO. I think both of the hosts are super knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the constant interrupting by Dr. Nicole is so frustrating as a listener. I appreciate her insight, but I think Amy has so much knowledge to share too and I wish she would be given more time to talk and finish her thoughts.
Informed, grounded and easy to listen to. Definitely recommend if you suffer from chronic GI disorders related to C-PTSD.
Thank you I feel not alone
