Can't say enough good things about this podcast! I encourage you to take a listen whether you're a first-timer getting into running or you're a seasoned veteran. These guys and their guests are incredibly insightful, laid back and have fun.
These guys are awesome. I love the insight they provide and the “no nonsense” approach they have to running. You can tell that they have a wealth of experience and are happy to share it.
Really enjoyed the first episode and looking forward to the rest of the series. I struggle to stay motivated and listening to these experienced runners break down the different aspects of the challenges you face is really helpful.
