    Ben touches on topics that need to be discussed and not dismissed. I can relate and find myself wondering why I can’t let go so easily of something’s and other things I’m so ready to release. These podcasts are, to me I’m finding them refreshing and therapeutic. I say this as a person who is struggling with life, not my faith in God but daily life challenges.
