Kris has an eloquence in the way he presents that makes him easy to listen to and understand. His message usually contains a challenge of self reflection followed by practical applications that I can start instilling in my spiritual walk immediately. There is always something that I can improve upon and his podcast helps me find those needed areas. I love that the standard used for reflection and improvement is always based on God’s expectations.

I found Excel Still More when I was in a bad place mentally and in my walk with God. I started listening to it when I cleaned and it would keep my mind busy, and focused on God. I have learned a lot about myself and God from listening to these episodes. I have been listening to them in order and I am so close to being current.
