As a passionate welsh rugby fan, the sight of Jonny lining up a kick or drop-goal used to fill me with trepidation. I’m ashamed to say that the indoctrination meant I wanted England to lose every time he took to the field. more
The first episode of your podcast that I listened to was with Mooji. Just WOW!! I also heard you on Rangan Chatterjee’s podcast and was equally impressed. I had no idea you were on this journey and I have a deep respect for your inner work and your articulate way of bringing your experiences, insights, knowledge and compassion out into the light and sharing them with your guests and audience. Keep up the fantastic work and bless you. Ellen
I Am has quickly become a favorite in my feed! I’m consistently impressed by the engaging conversations, insightful content, and actionable ideas. No matter the topic - you’re guaranteed to gain something from the conversations between Jonny and his guests. Highly recommend giving it a listen!
Thanks so much for these brilliant conversations. I look forward to each episode knowing each one will help me grow in body, mind, and spirit. Jonny has a great voice and transparency that highlights each guest’s unique experience and wisdom. So grateful!
What a gift this guy is and what a gift this show is. In his rugby career and now in accessible media, Jonny is sharing who he is at the deepest level and that instinctively gives me permission to be myself as well. Absolutely loved the episode with Foxy - as a marriage counsellor I am dealing with anger all of the time, to see there is no place for it in combat or at highest level of rugby is just a dream. So so so grateful for this - thanks so much - Ben Leppier
