These 15 minute, ad-free, hypnosis sessions are doable even in the middle of your work day. They span a wide range of general subjects, common blocks, and are very helpful. Please share these with others. Ursula James has managed to keep them ad-free this whole time for best results. If she is forced to cave in to ads to keep the algorithm alive, I hope she can just place them at the end. Keep up the great work, Ursula, your efforts are greatly appreciated!!
