    I’ve really enjoyed Adam’s hypnosis. I recommend starting with his initial introductory episode. Per its advice, I’m working on one issue at a time until I notice sufficient progress.

    My husband and I have noticed that I’m noticeably less triggered, anxious, angry, and depressed, despite hard things happening in our lives. The way it works, is that I’ll get triggered then suddenly remember something from a hypnosis. It reminds me of how I want to react instead, and the intensity decreases. Thi... more

    Told to relax. Look at a picture on my phone - told the pic is of Prague and that I am standing on the Charles Bridge - I think that is what it’s called - no idea - never been to Prague - no idea what it looks like!! Then told to imagine looking at myself being filmed when I am stressed!! I was stressed trying to imagine what Prague looks like!! Had to switch off!! Why would anyone assume that a person had a photo of Prague on their phone and has been there?? The weirdest hypnosis session ever! ... more
