Sleep often eludes me. I have a series of different podcasts I in order to help with that based on my mood at any given time. This podcast is one of the most consistently helpful and successful. The first 3 or 4 times I don’t think I even made it past the 20 minute mark. I can confidently say I have never heard the end of an episode. Thank you for continuing to release this show Suzanne!
