I’ve tried a billion of these and I’m very Goldilocks about it all. Some are too “woo-woo,” some are extended advertisements for some other app or service, some of them are just not well-written.
But Suzanne is a pro. Her voice is perfect, the stories are legitimately engaging (but not super exciting, which is perfect), and her scientific explanations about what’s going on with us insomniacs are easy to understand and quite helpful.

I’ve tried so many different podcasts for sleeping, specifically sleep hypnosis, and this is the only one that has been working for me lately. I especially love the sleep stories. Her voice is also very soothing. Thank you so much for helping me with my bedtime overthinking and anxiety 🧡
This podcast Your Ticket to Snoozeville is amazing! It helps me to fall a sleep every single time I listen to it and I never listen it to the end, I would fall asleep somewhere in the middle of it. Thank you so much for your great podcast.
Really soothing and calming. Actually helpful and has always worked for me. Good narrating delivery and voice. Very much appreciate that there’s no ads!
I have listened to a lot of sleep-assisting podcasts and this is one of the best I’ve ever heard. The content is intelligent and the presenter speaks like a friend. The first few times I listened I might have stayed awake for sixty seconds or so. I’ve subsequently used this on more insomniac nights and have heard more, and this is such a lovely, engaging podcast and works very well.
