  • I found this wonderful podcast only recently, looking for something new to help with my frequent insomnia. The images in the art drew me in, but I stayed for the excellent quality. The stories are filled with calm and cozy details, and I love Suzanne's voice. Her relaxation and hypnosis techniques are also effective. I so appreciate any component of a better night's rest for me, and this is my current favorite! Me & my kitty girl love Suzanne and her kitty boy!

My ADHD and anxiety have negatively impacted my ability to fall asleep for much of my life, so I am not exaggerating when I say that finding this podcast has been life changing for me. The sleep stories are cozy and comforting. The hypnosis episodes are like a warm hug for the soul. I highly recommend this podcast t... more

So I wasn’t really taking my sleep meds as much, and eventually just really didn’t want to take as high a dose. I happen to come across this podcast and I use it every night! It truly has helped me to take less meds and truly be able to fall asleep. Sometimes I’m asleep and I didn’t even realize it. I leave it on through out the night and create a playl... more
