I found this wonderful podcast only recently, looking for something new to help with my frequent insomnia. The images in the art drew me in, but I stayed for the excellent quality. The stories are filled with calm and cozy details, and I love Suzanne's voice. Her relaxation and hypnosis techniques are also effective. I came about this podcast after having 2 hip surgeries! I have insomnia and from the 2 hip surgeries I had to take meds to help manage the pain. So I wasn’t really taking my sleep meds as much, and eventually just really didn’t want to take as high a dose. I happen to come across this podcast and I use it every night!
