Kimberly’s voice is so soothing, I’ve never fallen asleep so quickly! I even use it for a nap because I get a really restful sleep in only a short time! After listening for a while now, I find I can barely last 10 or 15 minutes and I’m out, sleeping like the proverbial baby! It’s made a huge difference in my daily life as well - since I’m sleeping better, I feel better and can meet my day head on and cheerfully! Thank you Kimberly! I’m so glad I found your podcast!
