I was lulled into a deep state of relaxation by this podcaster and his gentle voice. Feeling great until the loud ads at the end startled me. I won’t use this again. If the ads at the end were removed it would be great.

I was enjoying the podcast and found myself in trance at the end and ready to sleep and suddenly the commercials came on and jarred me back awake again and ruined the whole thing so I give this podcast one star. I would’ve given it zero stars but you have to give at least one.

Um, there are ads in the hypnosis sessions. He’s a good hypnotist but there are other hypnosis podcasts that keep their ads in the beginning of the show away from the hypnosis. If you scroll back to some of his older podcasts you can avoid this issue but I wouldn’t recommend any of the recent ones

After my divorce I felt so lonely and miss understood, it really broke something in me where all my self confidence was at its lowest and definitely was in a downward spiral into sabotage. This free podcast really helped me understand what is happening and giving me the right tools. Now trying to listen to the hypnosis with my 3 year old is a another challenge but I listen to them as much as I can.
