I am so grateful to have found this podcast, and Hypnobirthing. In pregnancy I went from being scared of labour and delivery, to truly looking forward to it. I had an amazing birth experience, which included many deviations from our āplanā. The podcast helped my partner and I prepare for many possible L/D outcomes and feel calm and in control (plans A, B, āCā section). So so grateful for this!!

Iāve really enjoyed listening to these podcasts on my walks. My first labour ended in an emergency c-section. This is has really helped to switch my mindset and prepare me for a VBAC this time by increasing my understanding of the science behind birth and preparing techniques to help me get through. Claire is really kind and these episodes are split into manageable chunks.

I loved listening to this podcast in the weeks leading up to giving birth. The hostās positive, reasonable perspective and delightful accent made it a great part of my preparation for an unmedicated hospital birth. I ended up needing an induction at 41 weeks, but I found the majority of my labor was easy and even enjoyable. This podcast helped me feel excited and well-prepared for birth. 5 stars!

First 6 episodes were a fantastic primer and introduction to hypnobirthing for my partner and me. Claireās lovely accent and calming tone accompanied me on many late-pregnancy walks and even into the birthing room with her recorded affirmations. Claireās coaching helped me create a birthing experience Iām so proud of.
