Claire really helped me to center my breathing more productively and to set my expectations for my birth experience. I’m currently 35 week pregnant with baby number four, my first girl! I just wanted to say thank you and how grateful I am for your podcasts. I seem to have unconsciously gravitated into hypnobirthing these last few weeks, I’ve previously felt as though I’ve no idea how to actually give birth and understand how to work with my body. I found this amazing podcast when I decided I needed to do more prep work for my second pregnancy once I had an appointment where we saw my cervix was shortening too soon again. This has been an amazing part of my daily practice to listen to an episode and journal during and after!
