I’ve really enjoyed listening to these podcasts on my walks. My first labour ended in an emergency c-section. This is has really helped to switch my mindset and prepare me for a VBAC this time by increasing my understanding of the science behind birth and preparing techniques to help me get through. Claire is really kind and these episodes are split into manageable chunks.

I loved listening to this podcast in the weeks leading up to giving birth. The host’s positive, reasonable perspective and delightful accent made it a great part of my preparation for an unmedicated hospital birth. I ended up needing an induction at 41 weeks, but I found the majority of my labor was easy and even enjoyable. This podcast helped me feel excited and well-prepared for birth. 5 stars!

First 6 episodes were a fantastic primer and introduction to hypnobirthing for my partner and me. Claire’s lovely accent and calming tone accompanied me on many late-pregnancy walks and even into the birthing room with her recorded affirmations. Claire’s coaching helped me create a birthing experience I’m so proud of.
