「虎度門」為粵劇術語，指演員進出舞台的上下場門 ，跨過這道門，便要忘卻自我，全心投入角色。而在現實生活中，每個人也都在跨越那道屬於自己的「虎度門」——在不同身分間切換，在不同文化間轉場 。
本節目以「出入舞台」為核心意象，每週二帶領聽眾進行一場跨時空的靈魂對照 。
節目開設三大主軸單元 ：
《影畫戲》電影 × 社會文化：與嘉賓主持、資深影評人卓男對談，從港台電影觀看時代變遷與兩地文化場域的同與異。
《戲曲人類圖》職人 × 戲曲角色對照：邀請各行各業的粵語職人，將當代職業日常對照古老戲曲角色的靈魂原型 。
