A great podcast for anyone wanting to find out more about sustainability, climate change, healthy lifestyle choices and protecting our planet. A very easy to understand listen that has provided me with a wealth of credible information from some very inspiring people.
The plant paradigm podcast is, in my opinion, one of the best podcasts on topics related to living in as sustainable a manner as possible by focusing on a vegan/plant-based lifestyle. This podcast, shows again and again that being fully vegan or at the very least (very) plant-predominant is best not only for our personal health, but also for the health of the planet and for improving the well-being of all other sentient animals that share this beautiful and yet endangered planet with us.
