As someone who has been using Mika as a marriage therapist for several years, I am continually inspired by her desire and willingness to make her content/advice/years of (undoubtedly expensive) education more accessible. It truly speaks to the genuine person that she is. Moreover, I really enjoy these podcasts as they serve as a great reminder and they often dive deeper into the issues we face as parents and partners.

Mika’s gift for distilling complex ideas about behaviour into something approachable, hilarious, relatable and kind is frankly, a relief! If like me, you’re doing her online courses, these podcast episodes are like a little check in. She’s definitely amazing.
