With every episode I hear, I hear; Ding! Ding! Ding! I can always take even one small thing away that I can relate to. It’s not someone following a set standard of practice. Real life, real challenges, real feelings! I have participated in many of the free workshops she has at times and I have learned sooooo much more about how my mind works in the last couple years than over the last 20!
Thank you so much, Amanda!
Positive, inspiring and empowering! Love listening to it while I am in my car or going for a walk. Self-love is so inspiring.
While I appreciate the self-love, after 6 episodes I haven’t heard anything about taking ownership of your actions. A lot of it is “you got fired” “he cheated on you”…but sometimes you’re the cheater, sometimes you’re not doing your job. And the self love comes from being honest with yourself about this and correcting those errors. If there are episodes on this I am glad to change my review.
Amanda says just what I need to hear. Honest, real, empowering! Thank you!
I’m so glad I found you! I just started listening to your episodes and right from the start, I kept nodding my head. Yes! That’s me! I listened to your episode on BPD first and, WOW! All of it 100% me! I feel that my life is about to change. Thank you!
