  • Something for everyone...

Zach’s pod casts are part of my weekly, if not daily, maintenance for my brain, my thoughts, my general functionality and my life. Some call it my mental heath.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Zach. He has an amazing ability to some how focus the energy from his misfortunes and experiences, and direct that energy to helping others.

Something for everyone, means that anyone can benefit from listening to his podcasts no matter how good or bad you think your mental state to be.

    Thanks Zach
