He has some good things to say and has interesting guests but WOW, he has a huge spiritual ego. Always talking about how much experience he has, all that he knows… people will understand that through what he says, not needing him to constantly point out these things about himself.
He also talks so much I forget he is suppose to be interviewing. Looks like he hasn’t changed- people have been commenting on this for over 7 years. When a person can’t receive feedback like that from listeners and is... more
Don’t fall for it. This guy’s a narcissistic, “spiritual” nut-job with absolutely no professional medical experience or degrees to account for. A friend of mine introduced me to his podcast, and it only took the first few minutes of one episode to realize that this guy is not only incredibly chauvinistic and sexist, but is also a complete quack.
Be a natural skeptic and do your research before buying into made-up, unscientific theories by privileged old white men.
Although I have been following Paul Chek for a few years now, I have just started listening to the podcast and it is awesome. The episodes are incredibly engaged with a lot of good science woven in. It's important we support the people that are bringing health and happiness into our world.
Paul Chek is a wealth of wisdom. Decades of deep training, lived experience, and honest inquiry come through in every episode of the Spirit Gym with Paul Chek. This show challenges you to think, live, and train at a higher level. I genuinely love it and always walk away better for listening.
Thank you Paul! That was very helpful and I learnt a lot. It’s great you have teamed up with others that are creating healthy products and able to get us discounts too. Looking forward to learning more

The show tends to explore spirituality, consciousness, and personal transformation through deep-dive conversations with guests who blend science, myth, and esoteric traditions. Episodes frequently center on parables, education, mythic storytelling, sacred practices around food and hunting, and the intersection of modern technology with spiritual life. A notable strength is the willingness to host diverse thinkers—from neuroscientists and authors to mystics and mythologists—who bring rigorous inquiry and practical insight to big questions about meaning, health, and society. The format often balances philosophical reflection with actionable takeaways for listeners seeking growth, resilience, and a broader view of reality.
