This podcast is helpful in its specificity — for people who struggle with overthinking and stress at work, Michelle helps unpack those emotions (particularly when it comes to actually having to feel them). I recommend giving this a listen, particularly when you need help getting perspective or calming down.

  • I love the metaphors Michelle uses to explain one's journey in dealing with unhelpful thoughts. What I appreciate about the podcast is the friendly, down to earth realness that makes me feel I'm in a safe space to learn and that we are all humans learning to manage and rewire old habits. I'm a big fan of the Stop making your self coaching a struggle episode and the one on Grief also helped remind me how sometimes the thing to do is just let feelings be feelings. Highly recommended!
