  • So calming

Just listened to the episode soften the Sunday Scaries and it was so needed. I felt like I was instantly transformed to the most relaxing yoga class I’ve ever been to. Dr Cassidy has such a calming presence and I felt so reassured and grounded after going through the guided meditation/visualization!

  • Perfect topics!

Every episode I listen to I take something away from it! Almost every episode that comes out I’m like, “yep, that’s relevant!” So helpful to me during me most recent postpartum phase and she helped me to feel less alone in my thoughts as I struggled to adapt to being a mom
