  • Super knowledgeable and interesting!

I love Angela’s content and guests - a wide range of information you can pick and choose from, depending on what you are interested in. Easy to understand content, science backed and not super long episodes, which can be so off-putting. Thanks Angela!

  • Phenomenal, but need more!

The show is amazing. I love it. I just wish they’d publish more. I need my health fix more times each week. It was great when Angela used to publish three times a week. I could rely on it to pick me up during my lulls in energy. But I’ll take what I can. Superb show

The New Science of Healthy Aging: The Longevity Tests You Actually Need
Q: How does genetics interact with lifestyle in aging?

The New Science of Healthy Aging: The Longevity Tests You Actually Need
Q: What are the most controllable factors in aging and longevity?
Small daily lifestyle decisions, when consistently applied over years, steer long-term aging trajectories more than grand, dramatic changes. These include simple dietary tweaks, physical activity, and adherence to personalized testing feedback.
Dr. Eric Helms: Why You Don't Need to Lift Heavy to Build Muscle and Strong Bones After 40
Q: What is a practical weekly structure for training a single muscle group in midlife?
