I’m 54, had a full blown ED (anorexiz w a couple of dips into billions) 18-20 and then an almost relapse (behaviors came back up yet my awareness was on so I could hep myself faster), and now recently was wondering if I was having another relapse. I really appreciate Lindsey's authenticity and sharing of her experiences. Each episode provides me with things to think about and/or a golden nugget. It has continued to provide me hope and guidance through my recovery. I think EDs are extremely misunderstood in our society... but when I listen to this podcast I feel safe and at home (and know that I am not alone). BIG THANK YOU Lindsey!
She is just trying to get clients and not even giving correct information. Recovery coaches are not therapist, dietitian or should be giving advice as so. Also people do not commit suicide they die by suicide. Thanks
I have had an eating disorder for 29years. I see a therapist and have had multiple dietitians. I ebbed and flowed through recovery, but I never reached a level of success that I had hoped for.
