I really appreciate Lindsey's authenticity and sharing of her experiences. Each episode provides me with things to think about and/or a golden nugget. It has continued to provide me hope and guidance through my recovery. I think EDs are extremely misunderstood in our society... but when I listen to this podcast I feel safe and at home (and know that I am not alone). BIG THANK YOU Lindsey!
