  • Thank you sis 🤓

Wow! I am so glad I found your podcast!! I’m 54, had a full blown ED (anorexiz w a couple of dips into billions) 18-20 and then an almost relapse (behaviors came back up yet my awareness was on so I could hep myself faster), and now recently was wondering if I was having another relapse. Long answer but big picture is your episode on adhd and ED has brought SUCH CLARITY and opportunity for self compassion with me. • Thank you for your authenticity and sharing on this topic that is often misunderstood!!!

I really appreciate Lindsey's authenticity and sharing of her experiences. Each episode provides me with things to think about and/or a golden nugget. It has continued to provide me hope and guidance through my recovery. I think EDs are extremely misunderstood in our society... but when I listen to this podcast I feel safe and at home (and know that I am not alone). BIG THANK YOU Lindsey!

  • Unknowledgeable

She is just trying to get clients and not even giving correct information. Recovery coaches are not therapist, dietitian or should be giving advice as so. Also people do not commit suicide they die by suicide. Thanks

I was starting to give up that hope and settle for the cage that I have been trapped in for so many years. The promising light of being recovered was starting to dim. But then this light started to flicker as I started to listen to Lindsey’s podcast, someone whose story that was so similar to mine! And she... more
