When you really know innately that it’s not about you, you feel immediate relief in the face of any attack. It’s one thing to be in that place of confidence, legitimately. It’s another to want to be there but still be in a process of healing your emo... more

This podcast has helped me so much. I have listened for years and try to share it with everyone I know who could benefit from it. The latest episode about anxiety was so helpful, I would love to share it with my husband who suffers from chronic anxiety, but he is an atheist and I already know, the use of the word "god" even with the trigger warning, and the invitation to fill in the word that works for you--- it would be an automatic turn off for him. I don't want anyone to ever filter themselve... more
I have been listening to this podcast for years. Sarah May breaks down the context in easy bites and if you actually do the tools- they are a huge help. I appreciate her practical and relatable content to get through some of the tougher or slightly tough moments in life. She continually inspires me with new ways to look at life and remember we are all human.
The podcast material is great but getting through more advertisements than content is frustrating and unnecessary.
I love these really concrete tools, very valuable!!
I’ve been following this podcast for a few years now and have always found it to be valuable! I love the content. However it’s starting to feel very advertisement heavy and while I can appreciate a few ads here and there, they’ve just become so concentrated and takes away from the true valuable content of the show. 😔

A practical, tool-driven approach to personal growth and emotional well-being, grounded in real-world scenarios like setting boundaries, managing anxiety, and reclaiming creativity. Episodes mix personal anecdotes with concrete exercises, journaling prompts, and simple routines designed to reduce overwhelm, improve focus, and foster healthier relationships.
