  • Host needs therapy.

I have never left a podcast review but episode 70 made me change my mind. To get on and trash your teen age daughter with another man you’re dating was a new form of low. I have 2 daughters and can’t imagine doing that. Number one he has no business saying anything about her. So Ryan please shut up. Second the way you treat M you’re clearly jealous of her. You need to talk to your therapist about that because it comes across loud and clear. Some things you’re not wrong about but the way you go a... more

  • Very disappointed, long time listener

Heidi is great I love her as a person but she talks to much and talks over people on her podcast. Today was especially difficult to get through the episode because her guest was TRYING to get info out and Heidi just kept talking or talking over her. I have experienced the same problem and other podcasts of hers, but today, I just couldn’t take it and had to leave a review. Maybe podcasting isn’t her calling and she needs to stick with what she knows and does well and that is fitness.

  • Host needs to learn how to let guest talk.

It’s hard listening to you never let the guest talk. Also please quit using the word hard and authentically. Every episode is the same thing. Life is hard and I am learning how to be authentic.

  • Concerning parenting

Listening to the way Heidi talks to and about her children gives the ick. She has her 13 year old son on to talk about how he discusses her poor life choices with her and she uses him as a therapist.
