Every episode is either Heidi talking over her guest to talk about herself, sharing information that would be better for a journal or therapy session, podcasting from her car (why?) with her boyfriend, promoting a family member’s med-spa, or using her kids for content. Her 15 minutes of fame as a wanna-be fitness influencer while she rode her now-ex-husband’s coattails is long over, and everything she puts online now is useless and desperate.

Some content is good, but it’s mostly just talking about her kids or laughing like a giddy school girl with her new boyfriend. Ending the shows with how bad she needs to go pee.
I’m not sure what kind of train wreck I happened upon here, but this podcast is terrifying. The host clearly needs a therapist and a reality check. I’m concerned that others are looking to this influencer for life advice. I couldn’t even get through the entire episode because of the rambling and talking over the guest. It’s a difficult listen.
I have never left a podcast review but episode 70 made me change my mind. To get on and trash your teen age daughter with another man you’re dating was a new form of low. I have 2 daughters and can’t imagine doing that. Number one he has no business saying anything about her. So Ryan please shut up. Second the way you treat M you’re clearly jealous of her. You need to talk to your therapist about that because it comes across loud and clear. Some things you’re not wrong about but the way you go a... more
