  • I really tried to listen to this podcast. I am not one to leave bad reviews but sometimes there are things we can learn from criticism. In the latest episode freedom isn't free I was really hoping to hear their side of the story and understand them better. The episode was really hard to understand with a lot of talking over each other. It was kind of like a bunch of hens trying to spill their tea first.

  • Waste of airspace

Every episode is either Heidi talking over her guest to talk about herself, sharing information that would be better for a journal or therapy session, podcasting from her car (why?) with her boyfriend, promoting a family member’s med-spa, or using her kids for content. Her 15 minutes of fame as a wanna-be fitness influencer while she rode her now-ex-husband’s coattails is long over, and everything she puts online now is useless and desperate.
