  • Don Heatrick heavy hitters - Muay Thai performance

After discovering this content I enrolled into one of don’s strength and conditioning programs for Muay Thai and I can’t say enough about his wealth of knowledge and what it has done to help me. His instruction as to how to structure my workouts has been a complete game changer. On top of all of this I never feel fatigued anymore between the workouts and Muay Thai! Thanks again don for all that you do I cant be more thankful!

Q: Should you prioritize getting lean first or aim for slow body recomposition while training?
The advice is to take a slow and steady approach focusing on performance rather than just weight loss.
