Loved Kat Farmer. Refreshingly honest which is so rare nowadays. Thanks Kat x
Oh my God I love the transformational stories from heartbreak to happiness. Now I’m listening to the episode on lucid dreaming which as a transformational hynotherapist is really interesting. Very cool form of self hypnosis.
Sara gives great advice and has really interesting guests but the sound on her end is really poor quality. Please invest in headphones and a mic!!!
I’ve been in heart break for 15 months, no way near over her but I’m getting there I think, I wish I found this podcast at the start, it’s already helped me and looking back I should have noticed the signs, I thought we were the perfect couple, 21 years together. 12 married, I adored her, she was flirting and falling for work colleagues, I realise it’s over, we are completely divorced now I just miss her so much still, I am taking your advice and slowly getting there, thank you
Helpful and such an inspiration! I highly recommend listening to this show!

This show centers on transforming heartbreak into growth through practical mindset shifts, resilient storytelling, and actionable tools for healing after breakup or divorce. Episodes frequently weave personal journeys with coaching strategies, empowerment frameworks, and real-world tips for boundaries, self-care, and redefining happiness post-separation. A notable thread across many episodes is leveraging adversity to build purpose, often featuring guests who share recovery journeys, practical rituals, and resources to support listeners on their path from pain to empowerment. Sponsorship messages around financial planning and wellness tools appear, but the core focus remains on mindset, healing, and reclaiming agency in love and life.
