I just heard again about attachment styles got into it it is very emotional, I seem to be from what I heard and read that i am anxious style and a very close friend seems to be fearful avoidant .IT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EMOTIONAL ALOT TO process AND TRY SHIFTING MINDSET AND RESPONSES
Even though I am a mental health therapist myself I’m also a human being that needs to be reminded from time to time how the people I love and myself react differently to emotions and Ana and her podcast are doing it in a very gentle way with education and solution (which is more than important for anxious attached people like me). Forever thankful I found you!
I started to learn about attachment styles just recently because of painful and confusing relationship I had. Learning about my and my partner’s attachment styles made so much sense! Questions about why and how were answered, and a clearer picture of the connection and possible ways to react to issues became obvious.
