It has been so refreshing to listen to Rick and his guests’ take on leadership. My physical therapy practice has begun to flourish by implementing some of the “soft stuff” Rick talks about. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone who is serious about positive change for their company’s culture.

I love listening to Rick speak - his knowledge on leading from the Heart is fantastic and I always learn a ton from him. Love this podcast.
