To the guy utterly distracted by silenced burping: this IS a sign of a healthy gut, maybe some lions mane could help you focus better.
This informational podcast is so helpful thank you for taking the time to share with the world.
So many comments but being repetitive isn’t so bad. I often listen back and listen to older episodes. It’s good to be reminded in our busy lives
This podcast is filled with so much information, and I’ve learned so much about the different foods we all need to be eating. He is so knowledgeable. I love listening while I go on a walk. Definitely recommend!!
Hello, can you add-in links to some of your recommended products? The discussion is quick paced and I don’t catch all of what you are recommending or are familiar with some of the products. Thanks.
The information is decent but the consistent burps in his delivery tend to detract from the content. It sounds like he’s just eaten a huge meal & struggling to digest it! Which is ironic given he’s mostly talking about optimizing your gut!
