I have been on a search for learning to forgive. I know that I need to heal my wounds, but do not know how. I have researched all over the internet and there is no gold star procedure that absolutely works so far. Do I write down my hurts on paper and burn them in a campfire? Do I try EMDR? What do I need to do? Then this podcast came up. I never heard the term #TraumaProcessing. All new to me. I jumped in to step 1 in this podcast. Honestly, this podcast wasn’t clicking for me until the episodes on Step 1 and Step 2 of Healing Trauma… and then it got real. If you struggle to connect with the first few episodes, I’d encourage you to stick it out ;)
