    Thank you Rachel. Your work and support has helped me understand myself and my body so much better. The January episode touched on gaslighting. It’s funny how it can work the other way too. I saw a facebook comment about a Dan Siegel neuroplastic pain work shop that accused him of gaslighting. I was triggered and felt like the commenter was gaslighting me!!!
