  • IC support

The process of going to a urogyn is a long process, but I started with support groups on Facebook to gather information and I’m so thankful Callie sent me a friend request. She is active on the support group pages and her life experiences with IC help people like me. I noticed my urogyn follows Callie on Instagram, and this just confirms my belief that this is a gem in my challenges with IC. Check it out and see for yourself.

I listen in detail about hydration, flare management, even walking shoes, all of the prep and even the follow up.
