That being said you can say things are like that of narcissistic behavior but you cannot diagnose someone who isn’t on the spectrum with that nor can you actually label anyone with that without them being on the spectrum. That would mean that the issue they are having isn’t something that is fixable but something that is genetics……
Of all the hundreds of pod casts I’ve listened to, Kenny is the ONLY one who speaks so deeply and honestly about personal relationships. I long to be this in-touch with myself. He describes personality traits and how to deal with them so clearly. Would love to have a one on one with him!!🩵

His book brings together his whole approach but the podcast and YouTube channel really convey his energy, enthusiasm and passion for what he does. … started binge listening to these podcasts about a week ago, and am quite fascinated with his explanations, candidness, suggestions and way of teaching. So much of this makes sense to me and feels like what i’ve been waiting a long, long time to hear someone say. I love your quote “it’s like saying the sky is blue” when speaking about truths.
