首集來到屏東東港，主角是看似平凡卻充滿驚喜的「肉粿」。在這碗濃稠米漿裡，有虱目魚骨湯的鮮、蝦猴（東港對於臺灣紅蝦Plesionika taiwanica的俗稱，非鹿港一帶將螻蛄蝦稱之的蝦猴）的香，還有滷肉與香腸的鹹甜層次。聽黃之暘老師聊東港特色早餐的美味，以及肉粿乾濕分離的吃法！
