這集我們本來想聊托勒的《當下的力量》，結果聊到最後，變成婷婷一場現場進行中的自我梳理，連我自己都跟不上。
開場她說最近在「整理過去」。聊到後來她自己推翻了這句話——「我不覺得我在整理過去，我覺得是現在，因為那些情緒並沒有在過去爆發，是在現在才炸開來的。」
中間有一段我覺得整集最有用的部分：「假設今天你所有的負債、所有的虧損都不見了，你現在會做什麼？」這句話，意外變成解釋「活在當下」最具體的方式。

- 一直聽不了完整節目
喜歡主持人的訪問內容及風格，所以訂閱了，但是每集都有頭無尾的感覺，還在聽來賓說話就結束了(有點傻眼），不知道是節目特色還是要成為更高階的訂閱會員才能聽完整個節目，一直困惑中！
